Patient Services is a section provided by the The Hamilton S. Dixon, M.D. Medical Center to
help make your visit to our office a pleasurable experience. This
section enhances the patient-physician relationship by giving you 24-hour access
to patient specific instructions and communication tools.

We are always happy to accept new
patients. Please contact our office to schedule an initial
consultation.
Existing Patients
Patients can save time in the
office by filling out forms on-line, as well as reviewing Pre and Post-
Operative instructions.
